AI specialists. Business operators.

We build platforms, not science projects.

We fix what's costing you and find the leverage you haven't spotted yet — then build it to run in production, not sit in a deck. And we stay until the results show up.

Common starting points — not the limit
We're not a consulting firm you hire for a deck. We're operators who stay until it works.

Consulting is part of what we do — refining the real problem, running the technical and financial analysis, deciding what's actually worth building. But that's the front half of the engagement, not the whole thing. We deliver the fix ourselves, built to run inside your business, not to end when the deck does — and then we measure whether it actually moved the number we said it would.

We also don't stop at what's broken. Part of the job is spotting the leverage you haven't seen yet — the moves that never show up as a complaint on anyone's desk, because no one on staff has the time or depth to go looking for them.

Most of the people we work with don't walk in with a clean problem statement. They walk in knowing they can't afford to stand still while everyone else moves — and they're not sure where to start. That's a completely normal place to be. We're comfortable starting there and working backward with you to find the highest-leverage problem.

Every recommendation still clears the same bar: it's financially modeled against a real number, technically vetted so it holds up outside a demo, and judged on return, not novelty. If the math doesn't work, we'll tell you that instead of selling you anyway.

The alternative

A lot of companies already have an "AI guy." Here's the honest tradeoff.

That person is usually smart, curious, and already running a few pilots on the side. That's a fine place to start. But AI is moving fast enough now that no one person can dabble in it on top of their actual job and still keep pace — effective AI work takes people who eat, breathe, and sleep this, paired with real operating experience.

One person, part-time

The AI Guy

  • Learning AI on top of their actual job
  • A few pilots and proofs of concept
  • Deep in your business, thin on the technology
  • Available until the next priority takes over
A dedicated team, full-time

Ivity

  • Full-time AI specialists, not a side project
  • Platforms built to run in production
  • Deep in the technology, backed by real operating experience — Fortune 500, mid-market, and startup
  • Stays until the result shows up
Who we are

Time inside Fortune 500s, mid-market companies, and startups — not just advising them.

Our team has sat on the inside of businesses at every stage: running functions inside large enterprises, growing mid-market operators, and building startups from zero. Whether you're scaling, tightening operations, or getting ready to sell, we've done the job ourselves — not just advised on it.

Scaling

Growing past what memory and spreadsheets can run

The systems and habits that got you here start to break once headcount, locations, or revenue outpace them.

Operating

Tightening what quietly caps growth or margin

The friction that's been "normal" for years — until it's the reason a competitor moves faster than you.

Preparing to sell

Getting the story clean enough for diligence

Financial and operational reporting that holds up under a buyer's questions, not just yours.

Where we help

A few places we most often find leverage — not a menu.

If the highest-leverage problem lives somewhere we haven't listed, that's where we'll go. These are common starting points, not the limit of what we do.

01 — Revenue

Revenue Generation

Slow follow-up, leads that go cold, and pipelines that depend entirely on one person's memory. We rebuild how opportunities move from first contact to closed deal.

02 — Operations

Operations

Manual handoffs, duplicate data entry, and processes that only work because someone stays late. We find where the business runs on tribal knowledge and fix it.

03 — People

People & Talent

Onboarding that takes too long, training that doesn't stick, and staff spending hours on work a system should be doing. We free up your best people for the work only they can do.

04 — Finance

Finance

Reporting that lags a month behind, forecasts built on gut feel, and no clean line from a decision to its dollar impact. We put a number on the problem, and on the fix.

For example

A few of the problems we've been brought in to solve.

Illustrative, not a client list — the range is the point: enterprise, mid-market, and startup, across scaling, operating, and exit.

Home services · Revenue

A regional home services company was losing deals simply because no one called new leads back fast enough — by the time a rep picked up the phone, the homeowner had already booked with a competitor.

We rebuilt the intake-to-first-contact motion so every lead gets engaged within minutes, with a system standing in for the moments no human is available. Result: fewer deals lost to speed alone.

B2B distribution · Operations

A multi-location distributor had order details, service history, and account notes split across three systems that didn't talk to each other — every handoff meant re-asking the customer questions they'd already answered.

We connected the systems around a single source of truth and automated the re-entry work away. Result: hours per week back for the team, fewer customer complaints about repetition.

Growth-stage software · Scaling

A fast-growing software company had scaled headcount past the point where a handful of spreadsheets and one ops lead's memory could run the business — onboarding, approvals, and reporting all bottlenecked on the same two people.

We rebuilt the core workflows around systems instead of people. Result: the team doubled without doubling the ops headcount.

Manufacturer · Preparing for sale

A family-owned manufacturer wanted to go to market for an acquisition but couldn't produce clean, consistent financial and operational reporting on demand — every buyer question meant days of manually pulling and reconciling numbers.

We stood up reporting that could survive diligence without a fire drill, and stayed through the process. Result: a cleaner story for buyers and no surprises found late.

How we work

A short, deliberate path from problem to proof.

01

Problem Statement & Refinement

We sit with the people doing the work, not just the org chart, to find and sharpen where money, time, or risk is actually leaking — even if you walked in without a clean problem statement.

02

Technical & Financial Analysis

We put a real number on the problem and the proposed fix, and stress-test whether the fix actually holds up technically. If the math doesn't work, we say so before you spend a dollar.

03

Delivery

We build and stand up the fix ourselves — vetted to hold up in production, not just in a demo.

04

Measurement

We report against the number we modeled at the start, then stay on to make sure the result holds — not just that it shipped.

Why this approach

The things we won't compromise on.

Business-first, not tech-first

We lead every engagement with your P&L, not our tech stack. If the right fix is a process change and no software at all, that's what we'll recommend.

You don't need to know the problem yet

Plenty of clients start with a feeling, not a diagnosis — they just know they can't afford to be left behind. We're comfortable finding the real problem together before any recommendation gets made.

Financially modeled, always

Every engagement is priced against a business case we build with you, not a generic package. You'll know the number before you commit to anything.

We stay until the results show up

Going live isn't the end — proving the return is. We report against the model we set at the start, and we stay through it, not just to it.
