Fixed-scope engagement
The Revenue Infrastructure Assessment
How demand reaches you, what happens to it once it arrives, where your people’s hours actually go — and what every one of those gaps is worth in dollars.
In short: three weeks, one fixed fee credited toward implementation, under seven hours of your team’s time. You get a ranked, priced list of changes built from your own numbers, and you decide which happen and who does them.

Scope
What we look at
Six areas. Each produces findings that feed the opportunity list — and nothing is included that doesn’t.
Demand and inquiry handling
Where inquiries come from, and what happens to one in its first hour and first week. We verify your website and phone tracking record what you think they do.
Pipeline, follow-up and retention
How opportunities move, where they stall, and how many old inquiries and estimates are still sitting open. Where revenue recurs, renewal and expansion too.
Data and systems inventory
Where customer information lives, what’s duplicated, and which questions your systems answer directly versus which need someone to assemble them by hand.
Competitive and AI-search position
How buyers find you, how you compare with the competitors you meet most often, and how ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity describe you.
Customer evidence review
What customers say in their own words across reviews and won and lost deals — the words that move buyers and the objections that stop them.
Back-office and operations sweep
Quoting, scheduling, purchasing, onboarding, compliance, claims, collections and month-end close. We count where the hours go and size what each is worth.
Deliverables
What you receive
Four documents and one working session, delivered at the close of week three.
| Deliverable | Contents |
|---|---|
| Opportunity list | Every material finding as a named initiative, each with a modeled annual value from your numbers, an implementation cost, what has to be true first, and a stated confidence level. Ranked by payback. |
| Findings report | What we measured, what we found, and the evidence behind each conclusion. Every number traces to a source you can check. |
| Competitive intelligence report | Named competitor analysis, positioning gaps, and how you appear in search and AI answers. |
| Prioritized roadmap | A sequenced twelve-month plan with the cost of each phase and what has to be true before the next begins. |
| Findings session | Ninety minutes to walk the list, challenge the assumptions, and agree what proceeds. |
Method
How the three weeks run
| Week | Ivity | You |
|---|---|---|
| Week 1 | Kickoff session, read-only access set up, independent market and competitor research begins. | One 60-minute kickoff. Read-only access to the systems named at kickoff. |
| Week 2 | We measure and analyze, and talk to the people closest to the work. | Four to six 30-minute conversations with whoever owns sales, marketing, operations and the back office. No preparation needed. |
| Week 3 | We build the value estimates, produce the documents and present the findings. | Attend the 90-minute findings session. |
Not an implementation
Nothing is built, configured or changed during the assessment. Access is read-only throughout. Implementation is quoted separately, and only against initiatives you approve.
Not a sales process
The list may conclude that your highest-payback changes need no outside vendor. If that’s what the numbers show, we say so.
Questions
About the assessment
How is the Revenue Infrastructure Assessment priced?
It is one fixed fee, agreed before we start, with no hourly billing or expenses. If you sign an implementation agreement with Ivity within 90 days of the findings session, the full fee is credited against the one-time setup.
How long does it take?
Three weeks from kickoff to delivered findings, and under seven hours of your team’s time in total.
What do we get at the end?
An opportunity list with every material finding priced from your own numbers, a findings report, a competitive intelligence report, a sequenced 12-month roadmap, and a 90-minute findings session.
Do we have to hire Ivity to implement?
No. The deliverables are yours on delivery, with no restriction on who you engage to act on them. Sometimes the highest-payback change needs no outside vendor, and we say so.
Will you change anything in our systems?
No. Access is read-only throughout. Nothing is built, configured or changed during the assessment.
